When people claim to be PRESENTING men perfect in Christ Jesus, the minimum we can expect of them is that they have a constant experience about the PRESENCE of God. There is an important aspect of the presence of God which we all do not realize. As long as you are SELF-CENTRED, you will not realize. Let us have a look at one person who got a great testimony from God himself.
22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave their testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.
The moment, we speak about David, its quite natural that our mind gallops to the incident where he killed Uriah and took his wife Bathsheba to himself. This story is packed with Deception, Murder, Adultery, Cover-up, Lies and what not. However, we also get into a mental conflict where we are unable to balance the above verse with his actions. We think hard and come up with excuses that when God found David in his teens, he was a man after “His own Heart “. But then we again come with a mental conflict why God continued to use the same sentence for David.

Confrontation with the Truth
When David was confronted with the Truth, he came forth and accepted his SIN. He did not threaten the prophet Nathan like many others or devised a more complex cover-up mechanism which we often see in The Pentecostal Mission. He was truly contrite and was more worried about the presence of God Leaving him, rather than his reputation remaining unscathed. He repented for his sins with a truthful heart.
Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.Psalm 51:11
My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.
A true presence of God will give you a deeper understanding of your own depravity rather than making you feel happy about some acts of self-righteousness. This same phenomenon can be seen in the Last Supper when Jesus said that One of them will betray him. None of the disciples pointed at Judas, the usual suspect. Each one of them asked Jesus “Lord Is it I”? They asked this question because they realized that they are capable of betraying the Lord. They were pricked by their own depravity.
And they were exceedingly sorrowful, and each of them began to say to Him, “Lord, is it I?”
David’s prayers were heard ONLY because of his Repentant and Contrite heart. When hearing prayers, God does not consider your position in society or the contribution you have made for some worthy causes. We all stand at the same level.
Now, do you realize how far have we gone from the Lord when we lay claim to Zion because we have “Not Married” and “Joined an Ascetic Cult following Buddhist rituals “? The people after the Lord’s Own Heart are not the ones who live a sinless life, but they are the ones who understand their own depravity and need the Perfect Son of God to live within them and change them inside out.
The Imposter Pedestal
One reason why this cult is thriving among TPM Fanatics is also the reason why God is so far them. You go to any TPM Faith Home for a Sunday service and after the service, you can see people stand in a queue to have their prayers made by the White Clad Clergy. Of course, in the process money changes hands. These ignorant believers have a belief that the white-clad is close to God and he can recommend for their issues(99% of these issues are materialistic) to God. The white-clad are quite smart. They know that their religious business is sustained because of food and these kinds of outsourced prayers.
The moment they tell their folks that their prayers are not at all special as their people think, they know that 50% of their crowd will vanish.
Do you know that out of the 9 Gifts of the Spirit, you will not find any Gift of Prayer in it. The reason is that it is a universal gift to ALL HIS CHILDREN. If you are his child, you do not need any special intermediary for prayer. Today’s Prayer Business is quite contrasting to how the earlier Christians prayed. There is ONLY ONE MEDIATOR between US and GOD. God Looks at the Righteousness of CHRIST for answering your prayer. Do not be under any illusion that God is looking at the White Clad for answering prayers.
For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,
1 Tim 2:5
What we are seeing in today’s churches are nothing but full-fledged Apostate Christianity. Read through the last article(Incurvatus in se) where you will find a standard list of prayer points by apostate Christians. Their concern is so self-centred that they do not even realize how deep is the fall.
Now let us see how Paul used the power of Prayer. He understood that his prayer is equal to the prayer of another believer. He did not use prayer as an Outsourcing Business as done by TPM these days. Also, note the content of his prayer requests.
Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel,
As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.
Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way.
In all the above verses(3), you will see that Paul’s sole concern was for the Kingdom of God and not for his own. In case you are thinking that Paul had no other issues in life and hence could pray like that, I exhort you to read the verses in which he explained his problems in life.
….. (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. 24 Of the Jews, five times received I forty stripes save one.25 Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; 26 In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; 27 In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. 28 Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. 29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not? 30 If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.2 Cor 11:23-30
Think over about the Christianity that you are following.
Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh?Gal 3:3
