This is a testimony by Bro John who was a TPM Member in Bangalore. He has been a reader of our website and did understood the fallacy of TPM Doctrine. He understood that he need to be baptized as a step of obedience to God’s counsel. After knowing that TPM has inherent issues with their doctrines, he went to many churches but could not find an appropriate assembly. He therefore got in touch with us regarding this and thankfully, we could direct him to a a dear friend who was close to his home town for that purpose.
In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Luke 15:10
Hope you are all doing great. I could not respond to you early, due to work schedules. I keep thinking of writing to you, and then forget.
Anyways, I took baptism on 15th July, it was wonderful experience, never knew God would lead me to that day. I am humbled by His Love towards me. So the first step towards Jesus Christ is done, I hope to steadfast in Him all my life.
Here is the video of the baptism: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjMiL_MzbjyXixDl7YUdl6Gt3XZ-
Pastor Shajan is an exceptional person. I have had bitter experiences all of my life and to have met another Brother who is zealous for Christ in preaching the Truth without suppression, made me to trust in God, that if I put my desire towards Him always, He is faithful to lead us to like-minded Christians.
You can share it in the site if you want to so like-minded Brothers and Sisters can reminisce their own day of submission. I pray more of us be loyal to Him, than to denominations.
Thank you once again. Glad to have come across. Someday we shall meet here, if not up in the air.
Some features about TPM’s Perverted Baptismal doctrine
According to TPM, they do not accept the baptism conducted by other ministers because they feel they are superior and Apostles. This is a mark of a cult. They disallow people from partaking in the Holy Communion just because you did not get baptized in TPM. This is a dangerous doctrine which creates divisions where God is in the process of joining people to his body. The Bible is very clear on that. If you are a Baptized disciple, you can and should baptize people who wants baptism. Watch the above video, you will not find any special clergy garb on the baptizer because he does not recognize himself superior to others as with a TPM Clergy. The Baptizer is more interested in getting the new disciple to be part of the body of Christ and not into his organization. Beware of TPM’s Baptismal rules.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20
TPM thinks that Jesus commanded his disciples to make newcomers disciples to themselves. Jesus was infact saying that by the process of baptism, the newcomer also becomes disciple of Jesus.
8 “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers. Matt 23:8
